In May 2018 she completed her postgraduate qualification in prescribing radiographs for dental hygienists and therapists at UCL Eastman, to help reduce barriers and obstacles to oral healthcare.
Tracy is extremely passionate about oral healthcare, with special interest in periodontal and implant treatment. She also volunteers in her community and local primary schools to promote good oral healthcare. Tracy has been a member of the BSDHT since she was a student and sits on the committee of the BSDHT Northern Ireland regional group as Chairperson which provides bi-annual scientific conferences.
She is enthusiastic about sustainability at home and work and is always looking at ways to reduce our impact on the planet and improve oral health. She has presented on this topic several times and works with the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare as a facilitator for the Sustainability in Dentistry Course. Tracy has been very highly commended and highly commended at local and national healthcare and dentistry awards.
Tracy also works as a Clinical Educator for NSK and as a Clinical Representative for Young Innovations.
