Dr Campbell is a Consultant Dermatologist in the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust (SEHSCT). Having qualified from Medicine at Queen’s University Belfast in 2011, she undertook specialist dermatology training in Northern Ireland prior to commencing her consultant post in the Ulster Hospital. Dr Campbell also has a Masters Degree in Psychology (QUB) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education. She is the current Director for dermatology training in Northern Ireland, and is involved with undergraduate, postgraduate and GP teaching and research.
Dr Campbell has an interest in adult and paediatric dermatology and coordinates the paediatric dermatology service within SEHSCT. She is a Member of the British Association of Dermatologists, Irish Association of Dermatologists, and British Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Dermatology. Dr Campbell has presented both nationally and internationally, and has published in several international peer reviewed dermatology journals.
Dr Campbell manages patients of all ages with inflammatory skin disease such as eczema, acne and psoriasis, and skin cancer. She performs a range of dermatological procedures inclusive of cryotherapy, skin biopsy and excision/removal of benign skin lesions and skin cancer.
