With almost 16 years’ experience within the dental industry and a background in Health and Social Care, Anna brings significant strategic and operational leadership to her role. Her career has included senior Practice Management positions within complex clinical environments, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
As Operations Director, Anna holds responsibility for operational governance, regulatory compliance and organisational performance across all services within the clinic. She ensures the clinic’s operational infrastructure effectively supports its specialist dental and medical referral services, on-site digital laboratory integration, hair restoration provision and professional education through the Marlborough Academy.
Working closely with the team, Anna ensures that operational strategy underpins clinical excellence while maintaining structured, efficient and well-governed systems. She believes that strong leadership, accountability and operational integrity are essential to sustaining the gold standard of personalised patient care that defines the Marlborough experience.
